Returns & Exchanges

Willy Chavarria accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original shipping box and include the provided return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS return label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
